PCK AI Store sells digital products including AI prompts, templates, and related digital content. All products are delivered electronically via download links sent to your email address.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own personal or business purposes. You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the products with others
• Use the products for illegal or unethical purposes
• Claim the products as your own creation
• Use the products to create competing products for sale

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email containing download links. Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads. Please download and save your products promptly.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the PCK AI Store, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of PCK Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. The effectiveness of AI prompts and templates may vary based on how they are used.
