Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (AI prompts, templates, and digital downloads), all sales are generally final. Once a product is delivered and downloaded, we cannot verify that it has been deleted from your systems.
When We May Issue Refunds
We may issue refunds in the following situations:
- Technical issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchase due to technical problems on our end, and we cannot resolve the issue
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Product not as described: If the product significantly differs from its description on the website
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at patrick@pckchicago.com
- Include your order confirmation email or order ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally cannot provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description before purchasing
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as results depend on how prompts are used)
- Inability to use the products due to lack of required software or subscriptions
- Products that have been downloaded
Download Link Issues
If your download link has expired (after 7 days) or you have reached the download limit (5 downloads), please contact us. We can typically issue new download links for verified purchases.
